The Annual Fund supports the year-to-year expenses of maintaining and running Brasenose. It helps support every aspect of College life, from funding teaching to providing financial support for students in dire need. Thanks to the incredible kindness and genorosity of our alumni and friends, Brasenose is able to grow sustainably and move constantly from strength to strength. Without the support of our community, Brasenose would simply be unable to keep up with the rapidly rising costs of running an Oxford college. We need your help to ensure the College continues to thrive.

Gifts to this fund are the most useful to the College; they allow us the flexibility to direct funds to the areas of greatest priority and support a broad range of projects.
Student Support
By supporting this fund, you help us provide bursaries, scholarships and hardship grants to those in need. Your gift will help to ensure that our students are able to apply on the basis of high academic promise, regardless of financial circumstance. With around a quarter of Brasenose graduates receiving some form of financial support from the College, with one-tenth being awarded a maximum bursary, it is more vital than ever that we are able to ensure the cost of an Oxford education is affordable to all.
Access and Outreach
We are committed to ensuring that we actively reach out to candidates from non-traditional backgrounds and schools, broadening our talent pool and giving greater access to those who might never before have considered an Oxford education. With your support, we can ensure that Brasenose is able to continue to attract the brightest minds, no matter their personal background.
Library and Archives
Gifts to this fund will help to provide books and other vital resources to equip and maintain our beautiful libraries, as well as maintaining our archives. A gift to the Library will help allow us to provide any book a student may need, helping to widen their intellectual horizons and aiding their academic development.
Academic Excellence
We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing an environment where our students can flourish. BNC is committed to maintaining the tutorial system and ensuring the teaching, learning and research that happens here is the best that it can be. Gifts to the Academic Excellence fund will help Brasenose continue to offer a world-leading education to tomorrow's world leaders.
Clubs and Societies
Gifts to this fund provide our students with opportunities to enjoy a well-rounded experience at Brasenose by supporting their extracurricular activities and ensuring that BNC clubs and societies are well equipped and resourced. As we all know, as important as one's education is, it is the extracurricular experiences that truly define and enrich a student's time at the College.
