The next Open Days at Brasenose College will be 2nd and 3rd July, and 19th September 2014. The college will be open from 9am to 5pm, and there’s no need to book, just turn up if you are interested in applying to Oxford for undergraduate study.
At the Brasenose College Open Days, visitors will be given tours of the College by our army of friendly student helpers, and will be able to talk to them about undergraduate life, study and anything else they are curious about. The Schools Officer, Dr Joe Organ, will give a general Life at Brasenose and Admissions talk (at 11am, repeated at 3pm) with the Senior Tutor, Dr Simon Smith. Subject tutors will be available at various times to talk to prospective applicants about admissions procedures, study at Oxford and other issues, either through drop in sessions, or talks.
A timetable of tutor availability for July can be found here
Most of our current Brasenose students visited us during Open Days when they were considering applying, and were impressed enough to make us their college preference – so come and see what all the fuss is about!
The Brasenose Open Days coincide with the wider University Open Days, where colleges, departments, libraries, museums and other parts of the University are open and running activities.
